An interesting article with alarming resemblance to the current situation.

The current stranglehold on the English people goes deeper than it did in ‘the Romans’ case, I fear. In this case, British people are arrested and pilloried for pointing out the incompatibility of a civilised culture with ‘the Romans’ by a system desperate to not offend ‘the Romans’.

That being said, a modern day Boudica would be a welcome return to Great British form. I pray for our countries sake that one arises.

I read this post, like so many others, and shake my head in disbelief. Yet ordinary people, members of my own family, the majority, still refuse to judge, probably never will.

This reminded of a post on the philosophy of Liberalism that dominates us, succinctly described as: "Equality and non-discrimination as the ruling principles of society", by the late American Lawrence Auster's blog archives.

Geez, from 2008, but worth a read, most relevant especially his insightful, erudite long definition of Liberalism.

This post is a response to a complaint about "political correctness" in Britain.

Thanks

Jess can we have someone more related to our times, Boudica is a long time ago. Why not choose someone from the 20th Century. Giorgia Meloni or Mrs Thatcher or Indira Gandhi.

I was impressed by your interview with Nick Dixon. As a father and grandfather of girls I share your anger at their hideous loss of safety and freedom from fear. The protection of women is a deep instinct of men, an instinct attenuated by feminisation and Leftism . I'd love to see a mass movement of women and girls to shame our 'elites' back to their duty. Protests could take place in Whitehall obviously, but also in the sanctums of the enemy like Oxford U and Rotherham. Btw I liked your critique of feminist liberals like JK Rowling who do brave work against the Trans sickness but don't see their own Leftism as the enabler of the much greater danger to women of mass invasion by anti-women cultures.

Rape and brutal violence are part of war as far back as humanity has been writing about it, and right now Europe is being raped and brutalized, and we are told that we are not at war. This shows us the nature, intent, and identity of our enemies. Europe for Europeans, outlanders out!

I don't understand how you could not be advocating violence at this point. If I were British I'd be killing people.

But I guess that attitude is literally why I'm not "British."

Interesting article, though while the situations are similar I'd argue that the difference is that Britain isn't up against well-organized, mighty Romans but rather cowardly, spineless globalists and their pets.

You are wise madame to look to the ancient past though rather than false modern icons. It is there that we will find the best inspirations and heroes and examples with which to save our individual civilizations as I constantly point out in my essays (such as that of my Christendom essay) and in my serial stories.

Spiritually we need to rally, and realize that we are not wholly defeated and that we've been through worse and can come back as we have before.
